Buckeye Mower Repair Policy and Service Agreement

Buckeye Mower follows a strict repair procedure to ensure the highest level of workmanship and customer satisfaction.

  • Appointment day and time

With such a heavy work load and range of repairs I do my best to be there at the scheduled time. Please allow some flexibility before you worry. Ill do my best to be timely and contact you ahead of time. Feel free to text- 567-233-3064

  • Payment

Payment in full is required at time of service. CASH, CHECK, VENMO. NO EXCEPTIONS. If we have made arrangements without you being present for the appointment, payment in full is required 24 hours prior.

  • Service Area

We are currently only servicing the greater Columbus Ohio area. Newark, Marion, Canal Winchester, Marysville are OUT OF OUR SERVICE AREA.

  • Customers canceling appointments with little to no notice

Buckeye Mower Repair will charge the FULL service call fee for cancellations within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. I work hard to make my schedule and fit all my customers in a timely manner, don’t screw it up and ditch your appointment last minute. It ruins everybody’s day.

  • In the event of inclement weather 

I don’t like to drag my expensive tools in and out of the rain and snow to ruin what I’ve paid for throughout my life. Even if you have a garage, there will be oil residue from the rain and it looks ugly. A sprinkle is one thing, pouring rain is another. Bad weather just stinks, lets be reasonable.

Your appointment will be rescheduled for the soonest available

  • Please give me COMPLETE model numbers and ALL additional information that could possibly be helpful

Please give complete information. It costs me time and you money for lack of part of the story. Without a model number I cannot guarantee in stock air filters.

  • Appointments requiring a second trip

If your equipment needs a second appointment because of parts or unforeseen issues, you will be scheduled for the soonest available.

  • Loose parts left in your possession

It is your responsibility to keep all parts removed from your equipment. In the event you move your equipment, misplace your parts, damage, break, etc. You will be charged for replacement parts, labor involved, and an additional service call charge. It is my responsibility to treat your property respectfully, It’s your responsibility not to lose your parts while I’m gone.
